The Zhuku Gravity Flow Racking System is a high-density pallet storage solution designed for warehouses requiring FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management, fast turnover, and efficient storage utilization.
By using inclined roller tracks and the natural gravity of pallets, the system automatically moves pallets from the loading side to the picking side without external power. It combines storage and transportation functions in one system, making it ideal for food, beverage, cold chain, manufacturing, and distribution warehouses.
Compared with traditional pallet racking, gravity flow racking reduces aisle requirements, improves warehouse space utilization, and provides a safer and more efficient storage method for high-volume pallet operations.

Gravity Flow Racking uses inclined roller lanes to move pallets automatically through gravity.
The working process:
Forklifts place pallets at the higher side of the rack lane.
Pallets move smoothly along roller tracks toward the lower side.
Brake rollers control pallet movement speed to prevent impact between pallets.
The separation mechanism keeps the front pallet independent, allowing safe picking operations.
The first pallet loaded is automatically moved to the picking side first, achieving FIFO inventory management.
Upright Frames: The upright structure provides stable support for the entire racking system.
Load Beams: Load beams support the roller lanes and ensure stable pallet storage.
Roller Tracks: Inclined roller tracks allow pallets to move automatically by gravity.
Brake Rollers: Brake rollers control pallet speed and ensure smooth movement without collision.
Pallet Separator: The separation device allows the front pallet to be removed safely while keeping the following pallets positioned correctly.
Gravity flow racking naturally creates a first-in, first-out storage process.
Benefits:
By reducing the number of storage aisles, gravity flow racking maximizes warehouse space utilization.
Compared with conventional pallet racking:
The roller-based structure allows pallets to move automatically inside the rack, combining storage and internal transportation functions.
Forklifts only operate at loading and unloading areas, reducing movement inside storage lanes and improving warehouse safety.
The system operates without motors or external power.

Gravity flow racking is a dense storage system that reduces unnecessary aisles. Compared with traditional pallet racking, it can significantly improve storage capacity and warehouse utilization.
The gravity-driven pallet movement reduces forklift travel distance and improves storage and retrieval efficiency.
The system automatically ensures pallet rotation according to storage time, making it suitable for products requiring strict inventory control.
Inbound and outbound operations are separated, reducing forklift crossing operations and minimizing potential safety risks.
Gravity flow racking provides many advantages of dense storage while requiring lower investment and shorter implementation time compared with fully automated warehouse systems.
